I moved into this property just over a week ago and have had problems with the hot water since day 1. I either get no water at all from the hot taps, a third of a bath full of hot water (I've managed 3 small baths in a week and 3 days), or just cold water from the hot taps. I've reported it so many times already, the plumber has been out twice and it is now an electrical issue due to the switches (main & off peak) for the water heater not working. I'm told 'we'll get someone out asap' then that's it until I get fed up of waiting and call back. Emails get me nowhere, phone calls get me nowhere. I NEED HOT WATER! I also got a small shock from one of the light switches, this has been reported in writing... no reply. I do like this flat, but Mann need to sort these problems out!!! It's driving me insane already.

I have bought many properties in the past with a few different estate agents around Portsmouth. Mann Countrywide have to be the worse I have ever dealt with. They are unreliable, unprofessional and give a poor quality... Read Full Review
