The house and garden are really beautiful. There have been a few issues. The boiler has been giving a slow release of water since we moved in in April 2015. This issue has constantly been chased by the agents, contractors have been very slow to respond. When we first moved in the bottom step that we use to gain access to the back garden was unstable. We resolved the issue ourselves by putting a concrete seal round the step. We had an issue with the front door and an ingress of water whenever it rained heavily, this has been resolved after the gutters were cleared. Overall we are impressed with the agents and how things have been dealt with.

The Northwich branch is absolutely shocking, will never use again and would advice you to stay well clear. Unable to respond to emails/ calls unless it was to benefit themselves and then apprintly cost £200 for weeding on the end of agreement... Read Full Review
