This is one of the most deceitful operations I have ever come across. As they singularly failed to provide evidence that my deposit was indeed covered by one of the 3 mandatory government protection schemes it is also potentially an illegal operation. No-one has a name and any distant contact is anonymised. They operate in a less than professional manner and withhold your deposit unduly and will deduct charges without due notice. They are happy for their agents to gain illegal access to your rented property without notice or warning. They offer no professional support for their fees. I would counsel extreme caution for any prospective tenant. I am surprised that their landlord customers do not distance themselves from this operation unless they too seek the facade of credibility with high margins that supports their own interests in exploiting the Oxford student population.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Closed its operation - I kid you not!

14 Jan 2016I've been trying to get hold of someone from TLS for over a week by phone and email. One of their tenants has destroyed a part of my property, is selling drugs from their flat, is subletting and has a pile of rubbish in their garden that has attracted rats. No response to emails and no answer!!

AVOID. Deceitful, rude and unprofessional. We had trouble getting them to fix our bathroom wall, where tiles had fallen off leaving us unable to shower.
