The agent was repeatedly unreasonable. They have delayed at every opportunity the resolution of the repayment of the Deposit or agreeing any deductions.

Only putting a star because I have to otherwise it would be a minus. I never give reviews but i concur with what others have said on their reviews here. We rent with Pearsons in Fareham and we had a terrible start with them. Customer service was non existent. They took a huge amount of cash for this, that and the other (thankfully to new laws we were refunded nearly £1000). Told to pay £30 for an inventory if I wanted one or... Read Full Review
