Cookestates did a fantastic job helping us on the purchase of our house from start to finish. It was a very long and extremely stressful process due to a number of challenges that were encountered along the way, however Cookestates and in particular Janet maintained close communication with all the main parties and was very proactive in making sure that things were moving and did everything she could to reduce our stress; I don't think we could have exchanged without her commitment and efforts. I would describe Cookestates as an honest, efficient and very friendly estate agent and would highly recommend it to any buyer or seller.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
