Heather, our Sales Consultant, as well as manager Charlie and their colleague Stephanie, have been wonderful throughout a long and protracted purchase that has just come to a happy end. They are all professional, polite and efficient, and very easy to get hold of and ask advice from. Heather deserves special praise for being our go-to person day in day out for news and advice for about four months, throughout which she has been consistently responsive, cheerful and polite, and highly efficient. She kept track of all the different parties' needs and the stages of their progress, and relayed this among us all promptly and smoothly. We had many a worried moment about whether everything would go to plan and this certainly would have worried her, but she never passed on any stress, and was very understanding. She also went over and above with letting us in to see the property multiple times and never let us feel that this was too time consuming for her. An absolute star, she and everyone at Duke & Herzog deserve our warmest thanks.
