I have never in my life been with a worse agent than these. Money grabbing family business. Never fixed a problem but sure to point out tiny wear and tear problems when we left and charged us �200 for them when clearly stated in tenancy agreement wear and tear is expected. Disgusting company and would never ever recommended!!!!!!

6 Apr 2017I sorry you feel this way but as stated in your contract it shows what our charges are and we recommend that all our tenants and potential tenants read through the whole contract before signing anything. As for wear and tear we do allow this but if their is damage to the property then you the tenant are responsible for this as stated in your contracts and also informs you the tenant of what the requirements are when leaving.

I would never ever go with these landlords again they are awful, all they are after is money money money! They used to ring me up demanding £500 payments when tey know I'm on income support, I had to pay £90 for a reference for a new landlord which was sent via email, not even letter headed ...
