Well where do I start with this person? Me and my husband and children took this property on in October 2012 which was rented by alun fowler then this company libra started renting for him on his behalf since libra has taken over I have had nothing but constant hassle with liz davis I have on a number of occasions I have asked for repairs to be carried out to the property with haven't been done to say its been sorted.i have had the environmental heath officer up to the property twice and yet still no repairs and she had a damp proofing company called dtd damproofers ltd still awaiting the report we have had to move out of this property in hengoed because its made all of us ill liz knows this yet ahe still does nothing about it only to find the house was back up to rent even before I moved out but suddenly been taking off libra website this woman and company is a disgrace to tenants still awaiting a report off her hope they get stripped of they services to people please do not attempt to rent of this company or person!!!

23 Dec 2017Nearly 4 years i have lived in a damp ridden house, I even lost my voice and could not get it back properly for nearly a year,complained / complained complained and complained about it on top of numerous other repairs, i have just been given my notice today (23/12/2017) of all days, told i need to pay 355 quid by the 5th, i also threatened her with suicide, they i was told i have to leave and then i get a letter today of all days, the time of year when more people clock themselves out than any other time, the women quite literally is the devils spawn, i cannot even sign up to the page to get help paying this money, as it's shut, due to being Christmas, I actually tried to ring her up and tell her to choke on her Christmas dinner, but they're of for Christmas holidays now, seriously you cannot make this shit up.
