Do not use this agent. As a landlord i have received the most unprofessional and appalling service. They keep your money, and are extremely unfair. The staff have limited knowledge, and they have to be contantsly nagged and chased for any response. They are not members of the property ombudsman or arla, so there is no safety net. I would not recommend them for lettings or sales

Was very impressed with Belvoir when I first met them and during my tenancy. Sadly they let themselves down when I gave my notice on the property. Endanger lives, have no concern whatsoever for safety, we had to get Environmental Health involved before they did anything, rude staff, no response to messages, no customer service, they are ripping off both the landlord and tenants.
