What a terrible company. The girl who works in the airdrie branch is the most rude unhelpfull letting agent i have ever approached. No knowledge of the job. I would definitely warn people never to use them very unprofessional. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Wil leave you annoyed at how they treat you. Hopefully they will either sack this employee or retrain her.

Used SPC to let my property fully managed. Paid a substantial fee for no service what so ever. Late payments, no checks and hidden fees for what should be done through agreement.
