We purchased a house from Mishon Mackay last month.What I liked about them was they made us feel like valued individuals from the start. From our early chat in their office with Julian over a cup of tea and a biscuit about the type of house we were looking to buy, he took the time to get to know us and what our requirements were as well as a general chat about the Rottingdean area and all its facilities which as newcomers to the area we really appreciated. He talked through some houses that he thought might suit our needs and we looked over the details together. After some viewings, we found a house we loved, and after lots of questions, all dealt with professionally by both Julian and also Danny the manager we made an offer that was accepted. Over the following 7 weeks or so we were kept regularly updated by Amie in the office over progress and we managed to move in just before Xmas as we had hoped for. I really liked the Mishon MacKay ethos, they did what they said they would do, they treated us like individuals, they were friendly but professional. We did not have to chase them up for anything and everything went smoothly. That I must say has not always been the case with some other estate agents we have used in the past. Thank you team Mishon MacKay for all your hard work and advice, we will certainly highly recommend using you to all our friends Thanks for the Xmas card too. The Watsons x
