I wanted to share this with others who might be in the process of choosing an estate agent to sell their property. I have recently sold a house and bought another through Oulsnams and I can't fault them what so ever. I found the selling process through Stuart at Oulsnams in Barnt Green to be very professional from start to finish. My property was valued spot on as far as I was concerned and I achieved the asking price within just a few days of my house being put on the market. I believe that this was due to Stuart's expertise in knowing the market and very carefully selecting the right clients for my house,hence me not only getting my asking price but also not having loads of un interested or un suitable potential purchasers wandering around my house. Oulsnams in Barnt Green made my selling process very easy, they took time to advise and helped me all the way to completion. Stuart was amazing,he made it completely stress free for me,dealt with all the problems,that sometimes come up when selling or buying,without a fuss and even met the purchasers surveyor at my house because I was not available that day. Many many thanks to him and his team. Following on from my sale I also purchased through Oulsnams and again this was handled in a very professional manner. I viewed a couple of houses,offered on the one I wanted and within hours Oulsnams were back on the phone to me with offer accepted. In my experience as an investor it's often days before I hear back from agents following an offer. I was really impressed with the speed that Oulsnams dealt with my sale and purchase,always keeping lines of communication open between purchaser and seller so everything could run smoothly. Oulsnams are an excellent company to work with both as a seller and a purchaser and I recommend them 100%. They are the only agent I have dealt with who take the time to get to know their clients,match purchasers to sellers and achieve excellent results in a very professional,stress free manner.
