Eddie Robinson was disrespectful and unprofessional from the outset. He made the whole experience of buying a house through him extremely stressful and unpleasant. He was not an impartial mediator between buyer and seller and over stepped the mark on many occasions. If I wasn't on a timeframe to move due to work I would not have completed the sale through Robinsons. He will also harass your sale solicitors and estate agents several times a day so be warned!! Even after exchange of contracts and completion there was not even a pleasant/courtesy email. As a buyer you will be treated as a problem and harassed throughout. Oh and get use to his sign off being a rude..... OK? I really hope no one else experiences the same and if he ever reads this he takes on board how he comes across. He thinks he is a smart and sassy salesman when in truth he is abrupt and never treats you with the respect that every buyer deserves.

12 Jan 2016I am sorry to hear you feel like this however I would like to respond. 1. I did not meet or speak to the gentleman who has posted this. He is a relative of the purchaser. This was despite requests from me to contact my mobile or office at whatever time is convenient to him. This meant I could not culture any sort of relationship. I would still welcome personal contact. 2. My duty of care is 100% to the vendor and if I were to be an impartial mediator then my role becomes diluted. I am really sorry that he feels like this but there was no effort on his part to communicate. 3. It is my role to progress the sale and keep all parties up to date. This involves communicating with solicitors and agents throughout the chain.
