I came across Greenwood who I appointed as my managing agent in London, they arranged all the redecoration, gas safety, electrical test and finding a tenant for my flat and kept me updated, I live outside London so I needed a agency to manage my flat that hasnÂ’t been tenanted for a while, I would recommend Greenwood to any landlord who donÂ’t live near their property or in the UK.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
The Tenant may have a complaint against a member of Greenwood Lettings and Estate agents staff or other tenants are to be made in writing, with the name, contact details and, where appropriate, the position of the complainant, included. E-mail greenwood accordingly. Write to: Customer Services (Complaints) Greenwood Lettings and Estate agents, The complaint will be investigated with a view to ensuring it is relevant, appropriate. All calls are recorded and this will include checking the conversations valid at the time of the alleged complaint to consider inappropriate and inform the complainant in writing with 28 days. If a complaint is considered valid, the Greenwood Lettings and Estate agents will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and advise the complainant that it will be investigated. The procedure will be as follows: A director or senior member of staff will be appointed to investigate the complaint. This person will first attempt to resolve the issue by mediation. The staff member or the tenant will be offered the opportunity to make written representations within one month as to all tenant complaints and oral representations will not be accepted. Taking into account any written representations, the Greenwood Lettings and Estate agents will reply to the complainant within 28 days.
