right from the start the service received was awful no customer service what so ever very rude and unhelpful letters sent were incorrect email address name spelt wrong not kept informed or updated had to constantly chase them for updates just signed for the key and paid 2,110 only to find the garden in a pig stye the boiler not working also no one has gone round with the infantry to assess if anything is wrong very unprofessional and the worst service ever will not ever use again and would advise to avoid Trowbridge branch at all costs.
What agent could do to change your mind?
