I sold my property at New Marske using Grimwood Estates in 2007 (a year in which the property market was stagnant due to the downturn in the economy. I need to downsize and people in my immediate area said it was not a good time to do this. However I secured a fast sale using Grimwood Estates and because of this was able to secure a flat in Guisborough at a reduced price by putting in an offer as a purchaser without a chain and the ability to go forward immediately with the transaction. After some time in my new home I made a decision to move out of the area and put up my home for sale with Grimwood Estates who after only a short time secured a potential buyer. However my personal circumstances changed and I was unable to go forward with the move. I would not hestitate in using this business again as they are top of their game in the Estate Agency business offering a personally tailored service which is often lacking in today's market. (Even my potential purchaser commented on how impressed she was with the staff and how they dealt with any queries about the property - she said that nothing seemed to be any trouble to them). You are a person, not a number with these people - professional in both appearance and manner.

I arranged to view the property on Friday the 25th April at 10am. This appointment was agreed on Tuesday 22nd April. I drove from Sunderland and co-investor travelled from Newcastle.
