Awful attitude towards clients and amateur behaviour during process. Beware they delay proceedings in order to put you into a vulnerable position and even resorted to claims and outright lies from a member of staff named Sophie about information. Listing on property was incorrect (claimed to the include goods of washing machine and fridge) these were not included after all. Calls were not returned and information was delayed or not passed on to landlord. Allow credit checks to be paid for and passed but then withdraw keeping your money. Extremely rude staff I would never use them again!
