I was a landlord with the company in 2013/2014 whilst out of the country, they did allegedly get reference but I had the tenants from hell in my property, they had pets when they were not supposed to they didn't pay the rent or the utility bills , they trashed my property and I had to get them evicted and Parkers have done nothing about compensation or finding this woman. It's over 10000 worth of lost rent and property damage that I have had to put right . Parkers area disbar as soon a s there was hint of trouble they should have evicted here but hell no idea why I a I'd them any fees they weren't worth it

I would just like to point out that many hours were spent on not only chasing this tenant for rent, but also after they had left the property for monies etc. The reason the eviction took so long, as the tenant didn't leave after the Section 21 notice had expired, and unfortunately it had to be put in the hands of the court. This was a very slow experience - costly to us as Agents as well at the Landlord. The debt has since been passed on to debt collectors, who again have spent time and money looking for the tenant - unfortunately no debt has been recovered. As an Agent, I am deeply upset that a landlord would put on a bad review, but totally understand the comments.
