Hi ive been renting from ur-place.com for over a year now and I have to say its a great letting agency, I've had no problems whatsoever with this agent. When we moved in everything was done smoothly no messing about no hick ups. It was straight forward. Any issue I have had to raise with these guys (which might I add were very minor issues that was nothing to do with the property or its condition) it has been sorted right away. I look forward to renting with ur-place for a long time now as they are a lot easier to deal with than most letting agencies! 10/10 for me! Would reccomend ur-place to anybody looking to rent.

Think the fees are fair. Ur-place (hassan) even managed to reduce them slightly.

Rented from this company for a year i was a start tenant £1200pm rent was never late and the house was very well looked after. What agent could do to change your mind?
Send my deposit back when both me and the landlords agreed to it. Dont ignore customer calls Dont try and stab your customers in the back by offering sale of their home without them knowing! A business does well from recommendations this company will no doubt fail very quickly

Address tenants concerns promptly. Having to leave numerous messages is not only tiresome but arouses suspicion that the company is unprofessional.
