I bought my first flat through AB Properties. They made it very easy and were always at the other end of the phone to answer any of my questions, big or small. Can't recommend them enough.
What agent could do to change your mind?
I did not have to pay fees because I was purchasing. I have spoken with other people who have sold through AB and all feedback has been that that they are very competitively priced compared to other agents. I will definitely be using them when I come to sell in the future.

Terrible experience as both a seller and buyer with AB Properties. As a seller they make a lot of promises and fail to keep them.
