Bracewells Estate Agents

I decided to opt for proximity when it came to placing my flat with an agent.Bracewells was a matter of 50 yards from where I lived and I was also persuaded by a 1% commission on offer at the time. Additioanally,I decided to use them as my sole agents. My decision turned out to be an outstanding success. Within a very short space of time Mr. Bracewell had scoped and photographed the property,and given it prominence in the window. Additionally,he was able to provide me with all the necessary info,including providing me with the details of a helpful and efficient local solicitor. We very quickly established what was (for me at least) an efficient system of viewings - enabling me to plan my arrangements to accommodate all of the acitivity associated with viewings. Following the abrupt withdrawal of an early prospective buyer,we decided to re-launch the sale and the attention was immediately overwhelming. I started getting a lot of bids and it was at this stage that Richard's sheer professionalism and expertise came to the fore. He provided me with all the necessary updates,in addition to translating my views into responses to the bidders,giving me his measured assessments of the merits of each bid. At this point,in the midst of what became a bidding war,Richard's knowhow and 'feel' became crucial. We decided in the end to accept a bid which,while not the highest,was the least encumbered and most likely to be completed soonest...which was just what I wanted. In conclusion,my choice of this estate agent succeeded,I believe,in making a potentially fraught and traumatising experience feel like a stroll in the park. I cannot recommend this Agent - and in particular its proprietor Richard Bracewell - too highly.
