Nick and the team did an excellent job for me with this probate sale. Nick came out in February to value the house and give invaluable guidance on how to present it for sale. It wasn't until late July that the house was cleared and prepared ready for sale but there was no pressure from Nick to bring it to market sooner. I was given prior notice of every viewing and feedback, usually within 24 hours. Sam did a great job with the negotiations and we completed in mid October. I would certainly recommend Nick and the team to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.
