As we were new to Edinburgh after moving from Yorkshire and having never visited, my partner and I were quite apprehensive about finding the right flat. Paul was very conscientious when we met for the very first time to look around our current property. He was very relaxed, approachable and knowledgeable about the area and flat, which we really appreciated. Since moving in, Paul and the landlord have been great when we have required any assistance and have left us to it when we haven't, just what you want in an agent. Great experience, thanks!
