We used Butters John Bee (Bjb) to sell a property but found we always had to contact them for updates etc. and any of their 'promised call-backs' very rarely matured. After much complaining, I escalated to Steve Dourish (Sales Director) - who promised to investigate and get back to me. Guess what - he put the 'problem' back with the offending office to progress and didn't have the decency or professionalism to update me regarding his action. After a couple of days, problems with the Bjb office continued . . . so escalated yet again but this time to the Sales Director's boss - Nigel Dickin (Executvie Director = the man at the top in Bjb). In fairness, he did reply to my email and called me as promised . . . He listened to the problems we experienced, was most empathetic promised a specific action he would undertake to be followed with a 'confirmation call-back'. You've guessed it - NOT making customer call-backs is endemic within Bjb . . . from the Top downwards. If asked would we recommend Bjb? - I won't forget to call you back with my answer - and it will always be an emphatic NO. I was not at all surprised that according to this site, Bjb are rated as: This firm is ranked 12303 out of 14449 in the UK.
