Nasir was helpful and approachable when I viewed the property and I appreciated not being given the hard-sell. He was similarly easy to deal with during the process of arranging references and paying deposit etc. I would have liked a bit more contact while I waited to be advised of a moving in date and had to actively chase a couple of times for more information. Kelly - who deals with maintenance issues - I have only dealt with via email since I moved in. I provided a list of issues I needed to be rectified in the flat and she promptly arranged for a contractor to visit the flat and provide a quote. I wasn't impressed however when I came home to find a contractor in the flat without being notified that he was coming. As well as this a couple of (albeit minor) issues that I reported in the flat have been left unresolved. Overall, and certainly compared to my previous letting agency (Property Match Rooms in Bermondsey: avoid like the plague!) Oppida are a massive upgrade. A proper, professional outfit that I am more than comfortable letting through. I would definitely recommend Oppida to anyone looking for a friendly, easy-to-use letting service.

Cheaper than Foxton's by some margin. Fair price I'd say.

If you were allowed to on this site they would get no stars. Ok at first but awful to deal with when you actually live in one of their rented properties.
