I dealt with these agents to rent out my property. To say they were appalling is an understatement. We requestion no one with benefits to go into the house and also because I manage the property myself I wanted to meet the person before anything was confirmed. I was denied this opportunity and the agent had accepted fees, signed all paperwork and given them keys to the house before even telling me. As a result I struggled to get them out of my house. They paid no rent and owe �15000 of damage costs. And to top it all off, I now get regular phone calls from them asking if they can rent it out again- no. and also requesting that they give my new contact number to the tenant who caused all of the issues to my house. They then also gave full support to the tenant rather than write correct Section 21s and Section 8s for me. My advice - never every use them!

I've lived in this property for over a year now and none of the repairs have been done! sale was very quick, the care during the process was very good. I was able to call in or phone up and get advice/information about progress.
