The agent did not give the last months rent for the property and tried to use the depoit for last months rent with out asking (whitch is against the law) , they never get back to you when you call. Its the worst sercive ever and will tell people never to use there sercives as they cause a lot af problems when the tenatns leave. Will be writing to the local papers and MP on there bad practices. Also will be writing to the property ombudsman The Property Ombudsman Beckett House 4 Bridge Street Salisbury Wiltshire SP1 2LX Tel: 01722 333306 Fax: 01722 332296 Email: admin@tpos.co.uk Website: www.tpos.co.uk and the NAEA which can help landlords, Client Money Protection - General Should your agent misappropriate your rent, deposit or other funds the NFoPP will consider a claim to compensate you. This operates in the same way as the ABTA Bond for your holiday. The Client Money Protection Scheme will compensate a landlord or tenant up to a limit of £25k. However, landlords are limited to a maximum of 3 months rent. The total maximum payable in respect of a member company would be £500,000. In any one year the scheme has a limit of £3million. Further details of the scheme can be found here. We absolutely contest all these derogatory remarks, lies and slander against our staff and company name and are seeking legal advice with the aim of pursuing the individuals who have wantonly and malicious posted these comments on your web-site. We intend to bring a libellous legal action against individuals identified from your web-site and take legal action through the courts with the aim of restoring our long established and respected company name and the service we provide through our management & staff members to all our clients. We have several years of high recommendations from our ongoing and consistent relationships with clients that repeatedly come back to us for good advice and guidance in all ventures of property matters. We are the only Estate Agent in the area who is registered members with all the highest recognised government bodies. We are a practical professional organisation who are consistently following due diligence in service with a strict code of conduct. Not recommended this estate agents at all. Poor service and non cooperative staff. Especially the property which they got at Clayton Road Ground floor Hayes.
