Agency took over from private landlord, since then received nothing but issues. Property needed urgent repairs, aerial had fallen down promised to be fixed over two years nothing done about it. Rising damp was obvious as you could see the mark on the walls, again nothing done to address damp; had to leave due to black mold on walls which contributed to asthma issues. Bushes cut down on property and thrown in front garden and left until we complained several times. Generally lied too several times about working being completed. Now after leaving they have still not paid deposit back after two months despite emails, phone calls, each time being told it be done that day. Decided to buy a house but refused to even consider Nick Tart as a company as trusting them to be professional and trust worthy after our experience would be misplacing trust.
