Very pleased with the service RMA provided and continue to provide for me, I have been a tenant in various properties for the last 12 years and have dealt with lots of company's but RMA really outshone from my first viewing. All the staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am pleased to have them as a management company, I love that they are a family run local business, and the like the personal touch you get with the service they provide. I moved in nearly five months ago, on viewing the property initially it had been badly neglected by the previous tenants, before I moved in RMA had the place fully redecorated for me to a very high standard and sent in deep cleaners to freshen the place up. Consequently I have been able to make it feel like home quickly, I really am happy there. As a single woman it is also important for me to feel safe in the property and supported if anything goes wrong. After I initially moved in RMA sent a handyman and plumber around to sort out some basic maintenance issues, both professionals were lovely reliable and trustworthy, the handyman especially was superb and he is directly linked with RMA. They fitted a new lock to the outside gate for me so I could feel safer, laid new roof matting to avoid water pooling and fixed various bits and pieces in the house. I really feel lucky to have found them, any issue I have is dealt with promptly and professionally. They also benefit from the extensive knowledge and qualifications of Mr Mitham's Daughter Selina who has a very useful background in law I believe, she is a true asset, and I feel very happy my contract is being managed by someone with that level of experience. All staff really are lovely and even stop in the street for a chat if we bump into one another. A really lovely bunch I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fees were very fair, they also offer a free service that sets you up with all the utilities and council etc, making moving in a very smooth process.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more friendly. Sue the office manager is very friendly and seems to be put on by the owner. He is very vague on the phone and quoted "we only select tenants that we want". Which when paying £425 of referencing fees, leaves you feeling fairly uncomfortable. Not an agent that I would deal with. Stick with the agents that are signed up to the relevant associations that protect tenants. These cowboys don't appear to be.

Please dont deal with this letting agent. The man is rude and as previously stated way past retirement. Customer service is zero and approach appaling.
