Hello, we needed to sell our property quickly but for as much as we could sell it for. We discussed with WhiteKnights our circumstances and they suggested a realistic selling price to help sell the property quickly, but also at the same time not to undervalue it. Once we agreed a selling price they suggested a good website so we could cross check how much similar properties have sold for in the area - which we thought was very good and our suggested selling price was pretty much bang on. We did get other agents to do valuations but we felt these were way over priced comparing them to similar properties that have been sold in the area. WhiteKnights put our property on the market on the Wednesday and it was sold by the Friday evening - and for almost our asking price! WhiteKnights then suggested various solicitors that were reasonably priced, gave good service and were quick! Again we were grateful for this because we do not use solicitors that much. From selling the house to completion took just under 8 weeks and we could not have been happier with the services we received!! Most of all WhiteKnights kept us in the loop at all times as to what stage we were at with the sale. We would certainly recommend WhiteKnights in Woodley to anyone!
