My experience with this letting agent was terrible. I organised to view a number of properties before I started renting. They had forgotten a number of keys so I drove for two hours to only vew a fraction of the properties I had been looking at. I agreed a number of conditions with the agen which included new carpets being installed and my exit date from the property. The extra carpets never arrived and when I came to leave it was insisted that despite an agreement of the end date of my contract that I would have to pay an additional month of rent.
