Service ok until there was a problem and then the manager was unwilling to listen, negotiate or admit any mistakes. In his own words he stated that it is not his job to rent houses!! Clearly my mistake!! The lady in the office however was always really helpful and lovely.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Felt it was expensive for not completing what they set out to do.
