After 9 months of letting my property on a full management basis my house went up in flames. The agents supposedly did there check 7 days before the incident. Cause if fire- overheating due to a large sophisticated drugs factory that was over 6 months mature. The agents admitted liability after 6 months of denying any wrongdoing : ) Better of letting without using agents.
What agent could do to change your mind?

Avoid at all costs if looking to rent. Did honest property information, vile hidden leaks, mouse droppings and non functioning GCH and fully managed means no out of hours cover and a maintenance department based in Southampton. They totally encourage/ support dodgy landlords and hide a history... Read Full Review
