Looked at a few properties over the last year or so whilst looking for a long term rental in Sandbach. All of them have been incorrectly described and wasted our time. A detached 4 bedroomed home - no mention of integral garage converted into annexe and rented separately. 3 bed semi - 3rd bedroom was 2.3ft x 5ft. ie box room over stair bulkhead. This was even queried as thought must have misread advert on rightmove, assured was incorrect and room was actually 6ftx8ft. Went to view, too small to even fit a single bed. 3 bed terraced - full of mould and damp. Wasted time.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
