I am a landlord that lives in Spain and was looking for a Estate agent to manage my properties as my current agent was letting me down time and time again, I came across keybanks by searching the web, I of course contacted them and liked what they had to say so i thought i would give them a try, I started by giving them one property and the service was great from start to finish! so gave them another and another and another, They now manage 56 properties for me and i am extremely happy with there service, this is the reason for this review, as we all now if you have a bad agent it can make your life hell but with Keybanks they make the whole thing feel easy and we all know its not.! I would recommend keybanks to every landlord their communication and dedication is second to none. Since being with Keybanks i have bought three more properties, which with my last agent i said i wouldn't any more because it was just becoming a pain in stead of a enjoyment. Keybanks found me a property then they refurbished it and let it out all from a phone call / email and of course they now manage it. GIVE THEM A GO YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

What agent could do to change your mind?
Worth every penny Probably could have got the fees cheaper but in my experience the service would not have been the same, well worth what i paid .
