Having been established in Woolton Village for over 35 years, Whitegates has a long standing presence in the local area. The business is owned and run by Craig Lundberg and Nicola Carter. After being injured during his second tour of Iraq, Craig began a new career in property development, and has allowed his exper
iences as a landlord to be considered within the estate agents process. Nicola, on the other hand, has worked within estate agency for over 10 years and brings a wealth of experience. The team in the Woolton office is completed by two Property Negotiators, Tom Mason and Abiee Lundberg, a Property Valuer, Jessica Whitton, and two further rental Property Managers, Claire Franklin and Ben Lundberg. Together the team has almost 45 years experience within the property and customer service industries.

I am writing this review as a buyer who was in the process of buying a property through Whitegates. You only get one what you pay for, the fees charged were competitive to similar estate agents in my area. Of course I would like to see it cheaper. But I believe I got good value for my money.

Heard a lot of adverts for online agents recently offering a much cheaper fee but you have to do a lot of the leg work yourself and the payment is usually upfront. Whitegates offered a very competitive fee and I would highly recommend them.
