They convinced us to take their Gold photography, for about �300. Pictures were very poor. their advert on Rightmove was short, unimaginative and had grammatical errors. We supplied our own to replace them. The floor-plan was all wrong in the advert. The agency would phone and say we had a party wanting to come and look, but would we mind showing the party around ourselves, as they were short-staffed. The final straw was that they sent me and my solicitor the invoice, and I didn't realise that my solicitor was supposed to pay it (they'd sent the invoice to me, after all) so I paid it, and subsequently, so did my solicitor. An honest firm would have apologised for sending the invoice twice and immediately returned one of the payments. Not RA Bennett, they are paying me back in 4 - 6 weeks by cheque. Also, the price achived was �30,000 less than they valued the property at, so theur valuation was way out. Don't use RA Bennett tetbury - use Perry Bishop, who we bought through, and they were great.
