Maria the lady incharge of letting has taken 4 months to return my deposit for over £1200. There was a small table with a mark on the top that was in despute whoever that was settled almost 1 month ago and I am still awaiting the return of the deposit.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Did not return deposit.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
