To be honest it was a very traumatic experience for a new Londoner... the agent got us 6 month rent in advance then never kept any word starting from changing the date we get the keys to move though the person dealth with (Germy Williiam) and then after a long time with frequent ignorance of our calls and visits we were able to move to be shocked by finding no light is working in the upper floor! More than 6 months fights till we were able to contact the landlod directly who was fair and kind... she did what was required and she complained too from this agency. Thanks to God upon renewal of the contarct that landlord changed the Estate Agaency and we didnt have to deal with those guys again!
What agent could do to change your mind?
I would say the transparency and professionalism are major areas for improvement!
