First, I will give you some facts about our acquisitions and methods. We have been residential property owners and Landlords since 1968 that is a very long time 43 years in fact. We started with one property which I managed without any agent or outside management involved. In all that time, we have accumulated of up to 15 lets. Made up of 7 two bedroom houses bought from new build with two parking spaces each. Then a development of 1 four bedroom flat with 2 parking places, 5 one bedroom flats one parking each which was our own building project in 2003 this was at the rear of a business property I had owned since 1981 which was also converted into two lock up shops in 2004.
