Michael and his team have been invaluable during the purchase of our property (for buy to let) through to marketing and sourcing a suitable tenant. His unflappable nature and willingness to go that extra mile on behalf of his customers is a breath of fresh air! We had dealings with another Cheshire estate agent at the same time for the purchase of another property and the 2 services were like chalk and cheese. Michael really looks after his clients and is a really genuine professional estate agent - you get the feeling that each client is very important to him, it's not based on numbers - there has never been a time when we've felt like we've been brushed off. Equally his staff, Rory and Jan have been great too - always approachable, always helpful - honest and genuine. This review may sound very smarmy but we really don't have any negative comments to make - Michael and his team deserve to win as much business in and around Cheshire as they can - the experience has been brilliant and we can't recommend the agency highly enough.
