More than very poor on communication. Never retuning calls to myself OR my solicitor. Accusing MY solicitor of holding up proceedings, glad I didn't use their solicitor as my seller did, Would definitely not be worth the �1000 buyers incentive!!!!!

They were utterly useless in all aspects of my property sale, incorrect and missing property details time and time again, precious few viewings and none in the final 3 months, no feedback unless chased, out of date details left at property, No EPC available to view online, took over 3 weeks to put...
