More than very poor on communication. Never retuning calls to myself OR my solicitor. Accusing MY solicitor of holding up proceedings, glad I didn't use their solicitor as my seller did, Would definitely not be worth the �1000 buyers incentive!!!!!

They were utterly useless in all aspects of my property sale, incorrect and missing property details time and time again, precious few viewings and none in the final 3 months, no feedback unless chased, out of date details left at property, No EPC available to view online, took over 3 weeks to put... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
