Terrible agents. They were rude when dealing with problems with the property and never fixed problems in a timely manner. At one point there was a burning smell coming from the refrigerator and they told me to try turning it off then back on again to fix it. Both of my immersion heaters failed (economy and booster) and they only replaced the booster meaning I had to pay a fortune for hot water. When I moved into the property the garden grass both front and back were over a 2 feet high, they said that they would send a gardener to cut the grass but never did. On several occasions when I contacted them about problems I could here members of the team laughing in the background. I would not recommend this agent whatsoever.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
