From my experience.... I was in the property for 2 and half years everything was great apart from very little notice of inspection days (every 3 months) and if your not home they allow themselves in the property even if you say you don't agree. That was the only downfall we had until we moved out the property... we left the house gleaming from cleaning skirting boards windows tiles and even got the carpets professionally cleaned ready for the new tenants my childs room had a small pen mark on the wall and we was billed �70 out of our bond money for them to redecorate that small pen mark this was after we had asked them if we needed to touch anywhere up and was told no as long as everywhere is clean. We was told we wasn't allowed to decorate when we moved in so why on earth would I when I was moving out? They don't rush to release tge bond back either but quick enough to take it. We had no problems with aj properties until this happened I feel so upset that we have been ripped off in such way. I fir one will never use the company again.. staff are very friendly but we feel cheated by the charge maybe this was down to the landlord I don't know but this company is very strict and will let themselves into the property if your not home
