Pulled out of a deal 5 days before we moved in. We had paid half the money including the holding fee. We were left with no home and no time to find another, so were homeless. They couldn't of cared less. Admin fee's crazy high, £225 per person, this they said was because of the great service, what a load of rubbish. Avoid if you can.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
