I have rented 2 properties through Northwood and it has been amazing, The staff are friendly, helpful & quick to respond with any issues.It's great to see such a professional approach within this industry.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Fees were fair, clearly explained with no hidden extras! When I moved I received my full deposit back

We are on the guaranteed rent scheme and I am very delighted with it, I no longer work but I can rely on a continuos income from Northwood which gives me and my family peace of mind, they also deal with my properties maintaince issues and this is normally sorted quite quickly but most importantly... Northwood have our property on the guaranteed scheme. We have not seen it for over a year and that's great! We get quarterly reports and the rent comes on the same day every month.
