Joe Kernans and Sons are simply the best estate agents I've used in Belfast. They are punctual, fair and very civil in their a approach to tenants. Very rare in today's society. A true credit and will be recommending to friends and family to use them whether buying or selling or renting a house. Thanks Aaron and Olivia.
What agent could do to change your mind?
We got a full deposit back on the house after staying in it for 2 years after we gave it a really good clean. We initially were going to have to pay some of the deposit to clean the house but after a good clean they came round again and the full deposit was returned. Incredibly civil.
