The flat we looked at and were interested in is fully furnished and we were told that anything we didn't want could be removed, further we have been promised that the wifi was included in the rent. Turns out both was incorrect and after complaining we got offered to use the company's BT wifi however the connection was terrible and basically none existent. I called, left voice messages and emailed but never heard of Glyn (whom I assume is the owner) again. He has been completely unprofessional and I can only tell everyone out there. It to use Llewellyn & Co. You are better off with a different agent.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
