All the staff we've dealt with at Maison Let have been 100% professional, capable, reactive and proactive. They are simply a pleasure to deal with. Whenever there is an issue with the property they use local independent companies to do any work which I heartily approve of. They are not intrusive and are very willing to work with us regarding access to the property. We never feel like our questions are bothering them. They are always helpful! The condition of the house is good and they have a listed maintenance plan that they work to. Including decorating the inside every 4 years, chimney sweeping regularly, boiler servicing etc...
