Initial conversation with the female that I spoke to was disappointing. Tone of voice dismissive with regard to what I had to say. Told me as opposed to asked me what I knew of the Shared Ownership Schemes and told me to 'check the websites everyday.' I will advise my friends that their money can be utilised more effectively with a company/agent that is interested in cash buyers.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Asked me first what I knew of the Shared Ownership Schemes, of which there are two that I am aware are currently in place. Changed her tone of voice which was patronising and which made me end the telephone conversation immediately.
